1. 适用范围 / Scope

本指引解释“漂移高手”处理儿童个人信息的方式，是《隐私保护指引》的补充。儿童年龄标准按玩家所在国家和地区的法律确定。未成年玩家应在监护人的阅读、指导和同意下使用本游戏。

This policy explains how Drift Master handles children’s personal information and supplements the Privacy Policy. The definition of a child follows the laws of the player’s country or region. Minors should use the game with parental reading, guidance, and consent.

2. 一般向设计 / General-Audience Design

本游戏为赛车休闲游戏，不针对特定年龄的儿童进行广告营销，也没有以儿童为目标的定向广告、付费抽奖、公共聊天室、陌生人私聊或公开社交信息流。游戏可能展示 Google AdMob 广告，但广告请求会按适用政策进行年龄与内容限制处理。

The game is a casual racing game. It is not marketed specifically to children and does not contain child-directed advertising, paid draws, public chat rooms, private messaging with strangers, or public social feeds. The game may show Google AdMob ads, but ad requests apply age and content restrictions as required by applicable policy.

3. 可能处理的儿童信息 / Information That May Be Processed

本地游戏进度、技能等级、关卡记录、自建赛道和操作布局。
Local game progress, skill levels, level records, custom tracks, and control layout.
游客模式下的匿名玩家标识。
An anonymous player identifier in Guest Mode.
仅在主动使用 Google Play Games 登录时，处理与该账号关联的玩家 ID、显示名称和登录状态。
If Google Play Games sign-in is used, the associated player ID, display name, and sign-in status.
为保障服务稳定而自动处理的设备型号、操作系统、应用版本、网络状态和崩溃诊断信息。
Device model, OS version, app version, network state, and crash diagnostics processed automatically for service stability.

4. 不处理的信息 / Information We Do Not Process

本游戏不收集精确地理位置，不访问通讯录、短信、照片、麦克风、摄像头或浏览器历史，不建立面向儿童的广告画像，也不向第三方出售儿童个人信息。

The game does not collect precise location, does not access contacts, messages, photos, microphone, camera, or browsing history, does not build child-directed advertising profiles, and does not sell children’s personal information.

在法律要求取得监护人同意的地区，未成年玩家的监护人应阅读本指引和《隐私保护指引》，决定是否允许儿童使用游戏，特别是是否允许其使用 Google Play Games 登录、排行榜和云端存档。

Where parental consent is legally required, a parent or guardian should read this policy and the Privacy Policy, decide whether to allow the child to play, and specifically decide whether the child may use Google Play Games sign-in, leaderboards, and cloud saves.

6. Google 儿童账号与家庭控制 / Google Child Accounts and Family Controls

如果儿童使用 Google 儿童账号或受 Family Link 管理的账号，Google 可能要求监护人审批登录、应用下载、数据共享和游戏内功能。开发者尊重 Google 家庭政策及 Google Play Games 的账号限制。

If a child uses a Google child account or an account managed by Family Link, Google may require parental approval for sign-in, app downloads, data sharing, and in-game features. The developer respects Google’s family policies and Google Play Games account restrictions.

7. 监护人的选择 / Parental Choices

监护人可以指导儿童使用游客模式、不登录 Google 账号，或在游戏设置中重置玩家数据。监护人也可以要求开发者删除可从游戏内识别出的儿童信息。删除本地数据可通过重置或卸载完成；云端数据还可能需要通过 Google 或 Unity 账号完成。

Parents may instruct the child to use Guest Mode without Google sign-in, or reset player data in Settings. Parents may also ask the developer to delete identifiable child information available in the game. Local data can be deleted through reset or uninstall; cloud data may also require action through the Google or Unity account.

8. 安全与保留 / Security and Retention

我们采用设备存储隔离、应用签名和第三方安全机制保护信息，并将本地数据保留至重置、清除或卸载。不会仅因儿童游玩而扩大数据收集范围。

We use device-storage isolation, app signing, and third-party security mechanisms. Local data is retained until reset, cleared, or uninstalled. Playing as a child does not expand the scope of data collection.

9. 监护人联系开发者 / Contacting the Developer

监护人如需查询、更正、删除、撤回同意或提出儿童隐私问题，请发送邮件至 kawhijimmy@spielphantom.com，并说明请求内容。为保护儿童隐私，开发者可能要求证明监护关系。

Parents may contact kawhijimmy@spielphantom.com to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, or raise a child-privacy question. The developer may require proof of parental authority to protect the child’s privacy.
