本页面说明如何请求删除《漂移高手》中与你相关的数据。即使你已经卸载游戏或更换设备，也可以通过本页提供的方式提交删除请求，无需重新安装游戏。

This page explains how to request deletion of data related to your use of Drift Master. You can submit a request through the methods below even if you have already uninstalled the game or switched devices — reinstalling the game is not required.

1. 如何提交删除请求 / How to Submit a Deletion Request

以下三种方式等效，选择最方便的一种即可。

The three methods below are equally valid. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.

方式一：游戏内自助重置（最快）/ Method 1 — In-Game Reset (Fastest)

打开游戏，依次进入「设置 → 重置玩家数据」。该操作会立即清除本机保存的关卡进度、技能点数、金币、自建赛道、操作布局与本地设置。

Open the game and go to “Settings → Reset Player Data”. This immediately clears locally stored level progress, skill points, coins, custom tracks, control layout, and local settings.

方式二：发送邮件请求删除（已卸载游戏也可用）/ Method 2 — Email Request (Works After Uninstalling)

发送邮件至 kawhijimmy@spielphantom.com，建议按以下格式填写：

  • 邮件标题 / Subject：数据删除请求 – 漂移高手 或 Data Deletion Request – Drift Master
  • 邮件内容建议包含 / Please include:
    • 你的 Google Play Games 玩家 ID 或游戏内显示名称（如有）/ your Google Play Games player ID or in-game display name, if available
    • 需要删除的范围：云端存档、排行榜成绩或全部数据 / the scope of deletion: cloud save, leaderboard scores, or all data

如果无法提供上述信息，我们可能请你补充必要资料，以便确认数据归属。

If you cannot provide this information, we may ask for additional details to confirm which data belongs to you.

方式三：删除 Google 侧的 Play 游戏数据 / Method 3 — Delete Google-Side Play Games Data

如需删除 Google 账号下的 Play 游戏玩家资料或存档数据，请在设备的 Google Play 商店应用中依次进入「个人资料图标 → 设置 → 常规 → Play 游戏玩家资料」进行操作。Google 官方说明：https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646

To delete your Play Games profile or saved-game data held by Google, open the Google Play Store app on your device and go to “Profile icon → Settings → General → Play Games profile”. Google’s official instructions: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646

请注意：此方式只删除 Google 侧的数据，不会删除本游戏或 Unity 服务中与你的游戏成绩相关的记录。如需完整删除，请同时使用方式一或方式二。

Please note: this method only removes data held by Google. It does not remove records related to your game scores held in the game or in Unity services. To delete those as well, please also use Method 1 or Method 2.

3. 可能保留的数据 / Data That May Be Retained

在以下情形下，部分数据可能在必要期限内保留：

Some data may be retained for a limited period in the following cases:

  • 法律法规要求保留的记录（例如税务、争议处理、安全审查）。
  • 为排查安全事件、防止作弊或滥用所必需的日志，保留期限不超过实现上述目的所必需的时间。

  • 经过汇总或匿名化处理、已无法识别到个人的统计数据。

  • Records that must be retained to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, dispute resolution, security review).
  • Logs necessary to investigate security incidents or prevent cheating and abuse, kept no longer than required for those purposes.
  • Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer identify an individual.

4. 处理时限 / Processing Time

我们会在收到完整请求后的 30 天内完成处理，并通过邮件确认。如需要更长时间，我们会说明原因。

We will process complete requests within 30 days of receipt and confirm by email. If more time is required, we will explain why.

5. 关于账号 / About Accounts

《漂移高手》不提供自建的账号注册，不要求用户名、密码或邮箱注册。玩家可以使用游客模式，也可以选择使用 Google Play Games 登录。因此本指引中的「数据删除」指删除与你的游戏进度和在线服务记录相关的数据。

Drift Master does not offer its own account registration and does not require a username, password, or email sign-up. You may play in Guest Mode or optionally sign in with Google Play Games. “Data deletion” on this page therefore refers to deleting data related to your game progress and online service records.

6. 儿童数据 / Children’s Data

如果你是未成年玩家的监护人，并希望删除相关数据，请通过方式二联系我们，我们会优先处理。更多信息请参阅《儿童隐私保护指引》。

If you are the guardian of a minor and wish to delete their data, please contact us using Method 2; we will prioritize your request. For more information, see the Children’s Privacy Policy.
