1. 协议适用范围 / Scope

本协议适用于您下载、安装、访问或使用“漂移高手”（下称“本游戏”）的全部行为。您在首次进入游戏时勾选“我已详细阅读并同意”，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本协议及关联的隐私保护指引、儿童隐私保护指引和第三方信息共享清单。

This Agreement applies to your download, installation, access to, and use of Drift Master. By selecting the consent option on the login screen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and the related Privacy Policy, Children’s Privacy Policy, and Third-Party Data Sharing List.

本游戏提供游客模式，玩家无需注册即可进行本地游戏。玩家也可自愿使用 Google Play Games 登录。Google 登录仅用于身份识别、云端存档和排行榜等可选功能。玩家应妥善保管自己的设备、操作系统账号和 Google 账号，避免他人未经授权使用本游戏。

The game offers Guest Mode, which allows local play without registration. Players may also voluntarily sign in with Google Play Games. Google sign-in is used only for identity recognition, cloud saves, leaderboards, and other optional features. You must protect your device, operating-system account, and Google account from unauthorized use.

3. 授权范围 / License

开发者授予您一项有限的、可撤销的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许您在符合本协议及适用商店规则的设备上，以个人、非商业目的使用本游戏。您不因此获得游戏代码、美术资源、商标或其他知识产权的所有权。

The developer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices permitted by this Agreement and the applicable app-store rules. You do not obtain ownership of the code, art assets, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

4. 使用规则 / Rules of Use

不得利用程序漏洞、外挂、修改器、机器人或其他非正常方式干扰游戏运行或获得不正当优势。
You must not use bugs, cheats, mods, bots, or other abnormal means to interfere with the game or gain an unfair advantage.
不得反向工程、反编译、提取游戏代码，或复制、修改、出售游戏内容。
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, extract the code, or copy, modify, or sell the game content.
不得利用本游戏传播违法、侵权、欺诈、仇恨、骚扰或危害未成年人等不当内容。
You must not use the game to spread unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or child-endangering content.
不得冒充开发者、平台或其他玩家。
You must not impersonate the developer, platform, or other players.

5. 自建赛道与玩家内容 / Custom Tracks and Player Content

玩家可以通过游戏内的编辑器创建、修改、保存和体验自建赛道。玩家对自行创建的赛道内容负责。开发者当前不向公众发布或审核玩家自建赛道；相关数据主要保存在玩家设备，并可能在玩家使用受支持的云端功能时同步到其账号。

Players may create, edit, save, and test custom tracks in the built-in editor. Players are responsible for the content they create. The developer does not currently publish or moderate player tracks publicly. Such data is primarily stored on the player’s device and may be synchronized to the player’s account when a supported cloud feature is used.

6. 在线服务 / Online Services

排行榜、云端存档、Google Play Games 登录及其他在线功能依赖第三方服务、网络、服务器配置和账号状态，开发者不保证其在所有设备、地区和时间内持续可用。在线服务中断、延迟、数据同步失败或配置变更不构成开发者对游戏基本玩法的违约。

Leaderboards, cloud saves, Google Play Games sign-in, and other online features depend on third-party services, network conditions, server configuration, and account status. The developer does not guarantee continuous availability on all devices, in all regions, or at all times. Interruption, delay, synchronization failure, or configuration changes do not constitute a breach of the core gameplay.

7. 虚拟内容和付费 / Virtual Content and Payments

当前版本不包含付费道具、虚拟货币或应用内购买功能。如未来加入相关功能，开发者将另行提供说明，并遵守适用的支付、退款和消费者保护规则。

The current version does not include paid items, virtual currency, or in-app purchases. If such features are added, the developer will provide additional information and comply with applicable payment, refund, and consumer-protection rules.

8. 更新与终止 / Updates and Termination

开发者可能发布更新、补丁、版本调整或停止部分在线服务。您违反本协议或适用法律时，开发者可以限制、中止或终止您的访问。您也可以随时停止使用并卸载本游戏。

The developer may release updates, patches, version changes, or discontinue certain online services. If you violate this Agreement or applicable law, the developer may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.

9. 免责声明 / Disclaimers

本游戏按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。开发者不承诺游戏完全没有错误、中断或安全风险。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因网络故障、第三方服务、设备兼容性、误操作或不可抗力造成的间接损失承担责任。

The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The developer does not promise that the game is completely free of errors, interruptions, or security risks. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses caused by network failure, third-party services, device compatibility, user error, or force majeure.

10. 适用法律与争议解决 / Governing Law and Disputes

如玩家所在地区法律有强制性规定，优先适用该规定。无强制性规定时，本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。争议应优先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，按开发者所在地有管辖权的法院处理，但法律禁止排除的管辖规则除外。

Mandatory local laws prevail where applicable. If no mandatory rule applies, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they may be submitted to a competent court in the developer’s location, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. 联系与修改 / Contact and Changes

开发者可能根据功能变化、法律要求或运营需要修改本协议。重大修改将通过游戏内提示或更新页面说明。继续使用本游戏视为接受修改后的协议。如对协议有疑问，请通过上述联系邮箱联系开发者。

The developer may update this Agreement for functional, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be explained in the game or on the update page. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. For questions, contact the developer at the email address above.
